We are currently seeking a reliable honest person to perform pool, pond, and home maintenance services. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from jobs. No experience needed will train on the job. You must be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.

We are offering a unique and rewarding opportunity to the right individual, a self-starter with a great attitude and a good sense of responsibility. We are looking to hire right away. This will be a part-time position with a flexible work schedule. We work all over the valley.

Responsibilities:

Pool Maintenance

• Clean pool and skim debris in water using net and vacuum
• Empty and change pool filters
• Test chlorine and pH levels in swimming pool water
• Add swimming pool chemicals (e.g., chlorine, acid) to maintain water quality
• Repair underwater light fittings, cracks, leaks, and faulty equipment
• Perform preventive swimming pool maintenance
• Drain pools and water lines as needed (e.g., repairs, seasonal prep)
• Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles

Home Maintenance

• Follow a checklist to perform basic home maintenance
• Visually review specified areas of a home
• Record work performed and document any abnormalities/defects

General

• Accurately log hours using a time tracking app
• Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and work in all types of weather
• Great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Can work independently and as part of a team environment
• Can communicate well
• Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

This position will require a background check upon hire.

Seeking experience in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.

We are offering a unique and rewarding opportunity to the right individual, a self-starter with a great attitude and a good sense of responsibility. We are looking to hire right away. This will be a full-time position so 40-hour work weeks. We work all over the valley.

Responsibilities

• Responsive to service calls
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to lift to 50 pounds
• Communicate with customer about work completed
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately
• Safely use tools and equipment
• Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated

Experience:

• Residential Construction: 1 year (Preferred not required)

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Drivers
• Read, Write & Speak English
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to work weekends when needed
• Willing to work overtime when needed
